Terms

Ref&Go provides software for employer-managed employment reference workflows. Employers are responsible for using Ref&Go consistently with their hiring policies, applicable law, and candidate authorization requirements.

Employer workspaces

Employer workspace users may create requests, configure questionnaires, review reports, manage integrations, and approve completed reference packages according to their assigned role.

Candidate and reference access

Candidates and references use secure links, verification codes, and consent prompts. They do not need employer accounts and are not charged for participating in a Ref&Go workflow.

Reports and review

Ref&Go organizes reference responses into reviewable employment-reference reports. The employer remains responsible for hiring decisions, human review, and reviewing output before relying on it.

Integrations

Teams, Slack, webhooks, API keys, email, SMS, ATS connectors, and other integrations must be configured by the employer or an authorized administrator.

Billing

Ref&Go is employer-paid. Completed reference packages may count toward included usage or usage charges according to the employer's plan. Partial, abandoned, or unapproved workflows should not be treated as completed packages.
